Job Description

Our client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Barrister 3+ years’ PQE to join their growing team based in London or Slough. The role offers hybrid working, generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and an excellent benefits package.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Barrister to undertake a varied caseload including civil work, property-related litigation, debt recovery, contractual disputes, commercial disputes, and general civil/dispute resolution.

Litigation Solicitor Overview:

You will manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, with a strong focus on advocacy and court representation, including Crown Court work where required. This role is ideal for a confident litigator who enjoys hands-on advocacy and working on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:

• Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters
• County court matters
• High Court and Court of Appeal matters
• Represent clients at hearings, trials and negotiations
• Liaise with counsel, experts and third parties
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules

Requirements of the Litigation Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 3+ years’ PQE
• Strong civil litigation background with advocacy experience
• Experience of Court matters (desirable/essential depending on brief)
• Ability to manage caseload independently
• Excellent client care, communication and drafting skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
