Hearing Aid Audiologist
About the Role
As an M&S Opticians Hearing Aid Audiologist you will work closely with the Store Manager and team to raise awareness of our hearing services, helping to drive business growth. You will be an expert in a range of hearing aids, from world leading manufacturers to provide recommendations based on product knowledge, the customers level of hearing loss as well as their lifestyle. Maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, customer service, and aftercare, you will operate in line with national, local, and company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnostic audiology assessments and rehabilitation services
- Dispense hearing aids and ensure the highest standard of aftercare
- Promote hearing services within M&S to build customer awareness and contribute to building the fast-growing business
- Ensure compliance with HCPC, BSA, and BAA guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and wider team to enhance the customer journey
About You
You are a passionate and dedicated Hearing Aid Audiologist with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care. As a self-starter, you have the drive and ambition to grow our hearing care business while ensuring clinical excellence. Your strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to engage customers make you a key asset to the team.
Key Requirements
- HCPC registration is essential
- Familiarity with HCPC, BSA, and BAA guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide high-quality care
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business growth
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
