Restaurant Operations Manager

- Pay: Competitive hourly rate + monthly bonus
- Hours: Varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Kingston upon Thames
- Start date: ASAP
The work
- Open and close the restaurant, leading shifts and managing cash handling
- Enforce company policies and ensure operational excellence, safety, and cleanliness
- Deploy crew members, provide customer service, and utilise the reward and recognition program
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and authorise employee functions
- Complete other duties as assigned
What you need
- Required: GCSEs or equivalent, 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience, valid Right to Work in the UK, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Desirable: Previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, proficiency in other relevant technologies
