Fund Finance/Leverage Finance (Contract)
The successful Fund Finance / Leveraged Finance Associate will join a high-performing finance team and work on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions.
Depending on experience, the role will involve:- Advising on fund finance and leveraged finance transactions
- Acting for lenders, sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers
- Working across complex domestic and cross-border financing matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documents
- Managing transactions and coordinating with clients, counterparties and counsel
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-value mandates
- Taking responsibility for transactions appropriate to PQE and experience
