Trade Parts Advisor
As a Trade Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and sales of automotive parts and accessories. Tasked with assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts, processing orders and handling returns efficiently.
Core Specific Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all parts orders are dealt with in the most efficient manner, taking account of customer requirements, time scales and costs.
- Ensure the handling of money is dealt with in a secure manner
- Take personal responsibility for keeping Trade Customers informed of order status
- Effect timely dispatch and delivery of parts where required
- Ensure parts records and product information files are kept updated
- Ensure stock is located and records updated immediately
- Maintain a tight control on sales debtors
- Actively participate in perpetual and or annual stock checks
- Ensure that the department is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintain high standards of security.
- Provide administrative support to the Parts team as required, i.e. filing and data input
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience processing parts orders
- Accurate stock control and record‑keeping
- Secure handling of payments
- Strong admin and data‑input skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive parts
- Experience supporting trade customers
- Ability to manage deliveries/dispatch
- Experience in stock checks

Location
Porsche Retail Group Trade Parts Department supports the whole of Porsche Retail Group. Our dedicated Parts Department at Kew, (TW8 9QR), offers an excellent place to work with easy access from the M4, good public transport links (20 minute walk from Brentford Train Station), and on-site parking available. The area is a well-established trade and service location, providing the benefits of a London-based role without the congestion of the city centre, plus local shops and amenities close by.
