Insurance Customer Service Advisor - Motor Insurance
Location: Hybrid – London or Manchester office
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + performance bonuses
Type: Full-time, permanent

What you’ll be doing:
Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding policy coverage, documents, and claims
Assisting policyholders with applications, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
Handling and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy
Escalating complex cases (e.g., serious claims or disputes) to the appropriate team
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
What we’re looking for:
Previous customer service experience (insurance, automotive, or finance is a bonus)
Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and solution-focused
A confident problem-solver who enjoys delivering great customer experiences
Ambition to grow within the motor insurance or wider financial services sector
