Assistant Reception Manager
- Reservation Systems: Proficiency in using reservation software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Seven rooms experience is essential!
- Data Entry: Ability to enter and maintain accurate guest information, including reservations and special request
- Management experience: Experience in managing a reception team
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with waiters, sommelier, waiters, kitchen staff, and other front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, guest's flow, and staff needs.
- Communication with Colleagues: Effective communication with other staff to coordinate seating and manage guest flow.
- Warm Greeting: Ability to welcome guests with a friendly and courteous manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, answering questions, and providing information.
- Customer Orientation: Commitment to delivering excellent guest's service, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
