Temporary Legal EA
We’re looking for a highly capable and experienced Legal EA to support the General Counsel and wider legal team of a global organisation. This is a busy and varied role requiring someone who can hit the ground running with minimal guidance. This is a short term temporary role for 4 months. Hybrid working offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management and meeting coordination
- International travel arrangements and itineraries
- Document preparation, formatting and proofreading to a high standard
- General business administration and team support
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an EA within legal or corporate environments
- Confident, down-to-earth and highly competent
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with written documents
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global business setting
- Able to work autonomously with no handholding
