Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Language Leader: Instructing MFL (French) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
- Fluency Facilitator: Driving high engagement by delivering immersive lessons focused on communication and core linguistic structures.
- Cultural Correspondent: Assisting with language exchanges and contributing to after-school MFL enrichment clubs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in French.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS), reflecting Inner London weighting.
