Job Description
Head Chef | Canary Wharf | £55,000 | 40 Hours
We’re recruiting a Head Chef for a busy contract catering site in Canary Wharf delivering up to 800 covers per day , alongside a varied corporate hospitality service .
Hospitality ranges from working sandwich lunches and buffets to formal sit-down dinners and events , so we’re looking for a chef who enjoys both high-volume service and quality hospitality dining .
Kitchen Brigade
- Sous Chef
- 3 x Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef
- 2 x Kitchen Porters
The Role
- Lead and develop the kitchen team
- Deliver fresh, high-volume food service
- Oversee corporate hospitality and events
- Manage stock control, ordering and food safety
