Annabel’s, our world-renowned private members’ club in Mayfair, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nightlife Manager / Manager on Duty (MOD) to lead the club operation and development of our late-night offering across The Nightclub and Jungle Bar .

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

The Role

The Nightlife Manager will act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required, overseeing overall club operations, staff coordination, and service standards. Reporting directly to the Operations Team, you will also be responsible for expanding and energising Annabel’s nightlife member base, curating compelling events and themed evenings in collaboration with our events team, and driving engagement across our late-night venues.

Working closely with the Nightclub and Jungle Bar operations team. You will collaborate to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional nightlife experiences while maintaining the standards synonymous with Annabel’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when required, overseeing all club operations, staff coordination, and service standards
• Develop and grow a strong, engaged nightlife member base
• Conceptualise and deliver innovative nightlife events, themes, and experiences
• Identify new trends and opportunities within the luxury nightlife market
• Collaborate with operational leads to ensure flawless event execution
• Build relationships with Members and their guests to drive loyalty and repeat attendance
• Support revenue growth across Jungle and the Nightclub
• Uphold the brand values, discretion, and service excellence associated with Annabel’s

About You

• Proven experience in a nightlife management role within a premium or luxury environment
• Strong industry network and understanding of London’s nightlife scene
• Commercially aware with the ability to drive member engagement and revenue
• Creative thinker with a track record of delivering successful event concepts
• Confident leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, polished, and aligned with the standards of a private members’ club

Working Pattern

This is a full-time position. We are also open to considering a flexible working arrangement (e.g. three days per week) during quieter periods, as well as increased presence during peak trading periods and key events.

This position is ideally suited to candidates with senior experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Manager on Duty (MOD), or in Membership/Member Relations within a premium hospitality or private members’ club setting
