The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are now seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our Front Office leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest arrival and departure experience, leading by example on the floor and supporting the Guest Services team in delivering warm, intuitive and confident service.

About the role

As Guest Services Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day Guest Services operations, ensuring seamless service delivery while acting as a visible leader for the team. You will support training, standards and performance, while working closely with Front Office leadership to create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Guest Services operations, including arrivals, departures and guest requests

• Lead by example on the floor, delivering calm, confident and personalised service

• Support training, coaching and development of Guest Services Associates

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

• Liaise closely with Front Office, Concierge and other hotel departments

• Ensure service standards, procedures and brand values are consistently upheld

About you

• Previous experience in a Guest Services, Front Office or Concierge role within a quality hotel environment

• Experience supervising or supporting a team is highly desirable

• A natural host with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm under pressure, organised and solutions-focused

• Passionate about service excellence and relationship hospitality
