Oracle EBS R12 Financials BSA

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance professional to join an established team, supporting, and enhancing their Oracle E-Business Suite environment .
The role will focus on:

• BAU support across Oracle EBS Finance
• System enhancements and change requests
• Oracle EBS functional configuration
• Gathering and analysing Finance business requirements
• Working closely with Finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
• Supporting the ongoing stability, optimisation, and improvement of the Oracle EBS Finance platform

Experience & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance .
• Strong functional knowledge of one or more core modules, such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management or Purchasing .
• Proven experience in Oracle EBS BAU/support environments .
• Experience delivering enhancements, change requests and functional configuration .
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes and accounting principles.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS R12 ; R12.2 experience highly desirable.
• Experience working with technical teams, including developers, DBAs and integration teams.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS interfaces, reports, workflows and integrations .
• Experience with SIT/UAT, defect management and production releases .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within an established Oracle support team.
• Experience within a large or complex organisation would be advantageous.
• Previous experience supporting UK Finance/localisation requirements would be beneficial.
