Customer Deployment Strategist in London Area
Job description

About Us:
We’re an ambitious new venture backed by leading investors and operating at the intersection of AI, regulation, and financial services. Our focus is on reimagining how institutions navigate regulatory complexity — using cutting-edge technology to bring clarity, speed, and confidence to critical decision-making processes.
While still early in our journey, we’re already working closely with a select group of enterprise clients and partners who share our belief that modern compliance needs a fundamentally different approach. Our team brings together deep domain expertise, product thinking, and a bias toward building — fast.
We’re at an exciting inflection point – with clear direction, client focus and a fast-growing team. You’ll be joining us as we lay the foundations of a new venture designed for long term impact across financial services.
Role Description:
As our first Customer Deployment Strategist, you’ll be at the intersection of product, client success, and implementation. You’ll work closely with the COO and founding team to onboard early clients, configure our AI-first compliance platform to their needs, and drive adoption across stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape the customer experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for early enterprise clients, from initial setup through full platform activation.
- Act as the technical and compliance-savvy liaison between our team and client stakeholders.
- Configure platform modules and workflows to align with customer regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
- Develop playbooks, documentation, and client-facing materials that support scalable deployments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and surface feature requests.
- Own the early success metrics for deployment time, user activation, and feedback quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 years in high impact, client-facing roles such as customer strategy, enterprise solutions or technical account management – ideally in a fast-paced or early-stage environment where you’ve helped shape how things are done.
- Experience working with financial institutions, regulatory environments, or GRC/RegTech tools.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to coordinate across teams and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills – you're able to explain complex systems clearly and persuasively.
- Hands-on with tools and not afraid to dive into workflows, APIs, or LLMs.
- Builder mentality – you're excited by the opportunity to create structure where none exists yet.
Why Join Us?
- You’ll be our **first customer hire**, working directly with the COO and core founding team. That means real exposure, responsibility, and influence — not just executing tasks but actively shaping the way we work with clients, scale delivery, and grow our company.
- This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to be **hands-on**, solve hard problems in a complex industry, and learn what it takes to build from zero to one. If you're passionate about building, excited by autonomy, and motivated by impact — this role will put you at the heart of it all.
- Expect fast learning, deep exposure to AI in financial services, and a seat at the table as we take our product to market.
