Receptionist
Job description
A renowned private clinic on Harley Street with a very friendly and sociable team of people is looking for a Clinic Coordinator/Receptionist to join their team.
They are a close knit hardworking team and there is huge scope for progression there as well as fantastic benefits.
You will be based within the reception area working alongside another Clinic Coordinator and taking on a range of duties including:
- Meeting/Greeting patients
- Managing complex diaries
- Coordinate the running of surgery to include organising patients’ transport home and application of specific medication (training and qualification will be provided)
- Managing payments
- Managing their database
- Scanning patient information, booking appointments, preparing templates, updating patient databases and making sure legal documents are submitted correctly
- Etc!
This is a busy role which would suit someone dynamic who enjoys interacting with people.
Requirements:
- Previous Reception experience ideally within a clinic
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
You will work various shifts Monday to Friday.
Salary up to £35,000 (potentially negotiable depending on experience).
