Personal Tax Assistant
Personal Tax Assistant London c. £35,000 + Benefits
This long established but forward thinking independent practice has an excellent reputation in tax, and personal tax in particular. The department boasts high quality and interesting clients including ultra HNW, non resident and non domiciled individuals, entrepreneurs and clients with substantial inherited wealth. The team is now looking for a personal tax assistant who is keen to continue their career in a team focused meritocracy.
You will be responsible for the compliance associated with a portfolio - preparing calculations and tax returns, liaising with the client, their other professional representatives, HMRC etc. As your experience develops, you will be involved in advisory projects with more senior members of the team, assisting with technical queries and research.
You are likely to have a minimum of 2 years' personal tax experience gained within a professional services environment, and will be either ATT qualified or well on the way. You will be encouraged to continue your studies. The breadth and depth of the client base will provide an excellent backdrop for the CTA, and you will be benefit both from the firm's study support and its ongoing commitment to training and development.
