About the Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager with strong commercial fit-out experience to oversee the successful delivery of projects across London and the surrounding regions. You’ll take ownership of projects from pre-start through to handover, ensuring quality, programme, budget, and client expectations are met.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a confident, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver commercial fit-out projects (CAT A & B) from start to finish

Oversee site activity, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

Work closely with design, commercial, and site teams to coordinate delivery

*

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors

*

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards

*

Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

Requirements

*

Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects

*

Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and programme management

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships

*

Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and quality

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred

*

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London and the Home Counties
