The Role:
You will take on a key position within the residential property department, handling a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. You'll work closely with a well-established client base, including high-net-worth individuals, developers, and referrers, and be encouraged to take an active role in business development and mentoring junior members of the team.

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE in residential property
• Experience managing a broad range of residential matters from instruction to completion
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
