Store Supervisor
Are you passionate about coffee, people, and leading high-performing teams? % ΔRΔBICΔ, a globally recognised Japanese specialty coffee brand, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our London team.
Role Overview:
As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily running of operations. You will be a hands-on leader, helping to deliver consistently excellent coffee, elevate team performance, and ensure smooth store functionality. Your role is essential in bridging the gap between the front-of-house team and management, setting a strong example and stepping up when the Manager is away.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including shift planning, staff support, and maintaining operational excellence
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and flawless coffee preparation
- Ensure consistency in espresso extraction, brewing standards, and latte art presentation
- Oversee daily store opening/closing procedures and help ensure store readiness
- Assist with stock ordering, inventory tracking, and managing supply levels
- Take initiative in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe store environment
- Monitor quality control and report any issues to the Manager or relevant departments
- Contribute to training and mentoring of team members, promoting brand standards and culture
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Step in confidently as store-in-charge when the Manager is off-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong barista experience, with a deep understanding of specialty coffee practices
- Proficiency in latte art and coffee presentation at a high standard
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and inspires teamwork
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or retail preferred
- Confident handling inventory systems and administrative tasks
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset and great attention to detail
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Legal right to work in the UK
