SANZA Teaching is delighted to be working with a vibrant two-form entry primary school in the heart of Ealing, seeking a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a real passion for education and thrives in a dynamic and supportive school environment. The Role: You will: Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 classrooms. Provide one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs or those requiring additional learning support. Offer behaviour support to pupils who may experience challenges in the classroom, helping them remain focused and engaged in their learning. Assist in creating a positive and structured classroom environment. Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and other staff members to deliver high-quality education. What We're Looking For: Strong classroom presence with the ability to engage and motivate pupils. A calm, positive approach to managing behaviour and building student relationships. Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner. Excellent levels of spoke and written English Experience working with children, particularly those with additional or behavioural needs, is highly desirable.
