The Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to help transform MosaiQ into a fully AI-augmented organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited about applying AI to real work — not talking about it.

You will observe how the company operates, identify repetitive work, break it into steps, and build AI-powered

automations and internal tools that make us faster, smarter, and more efficient.

You will work closely with the founder and collaborate with senior engineers who can support your builds. You will own execution and help the company operate as though it has twice the headcount.

Responsibilities

Process Identification & Mapping

• Observe and document recurring manual tasks

• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to automate

• Translate messy internal workflows into structured steps

AI Tools & Automation Build

• Use modern AI tools to automate repeated tasks

• Build workflows, internal assistants, and AI agents

• Test and iterate based on performance and feedback

Internal Tooling

• Create templates, dashboards, and internal utilities

• Support automation for research collection, CRM enrichment, content generation, etc.

Company Enablement

• Help ensure internal knowledge is captured

• Train the team on tools you build

• Track adoption, usage, and areas for improvement

Who You Are

Bonus points if:

• You have used workflow or automation tools (Zapier, Make, Langflow, Replit, Claude Projects, Copilot Studio, Notion automations, etc.)

• You have built a bot, script, dashboard, automation, or internal tool — even informally

• You have exposure to product, engineering, or ops environments

• You have tried light scripting or API integrations (not required)
