Procurement Solutions Advisor - Europe

The Role
We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional for a role as a Procurement Solutions Advisor to help shape and scale how Nomia delivers value to enterprise customers in Europe.
As a trusted procurement advisor during the business development cycle , you will partner closely with Business Development, Product, and Customer Success to uncover customer challenges and priorities — and align them to Nomia’s value proposition and solutions. You’ll use your procurement expertise to translate complex pain points into clear, outcome-based solutions that influence buying decisions and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Lead discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to uncover procurement challenges, pain points, and priorities.
- Align customer needs to Nomia’s value proposition and demonstrate how our solution addresses their most pressing challenges.
- Deliver tailored platform demonstrations and solution narratives to senior decision makers (CPOs, CFOs, Heads of Procurement).
- Support business case development, stakeholder alignment, and champion enablement to accelerate complex buying journeys.
Solution Storytelling
- Translate procurement challenges into compelling value propositions, ROI models, and transformation narratives.
- Articulate the unique value of Nomia’s combination of AI, automation, and global human procurement expertise.
Market & Product Influence
- Provide regional procurement insights to inform product messaging and roadmap priorities.
- Participate in advisory groups, ensuring consistent customer feedback is converted into actionable requirements.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to create scalable playbooks and enablement content.
- Act as a trusted advisor to colleagues on procurement trends, vendor landscapes, and category strategies in the EU market.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience in procurement or procurement consulting. Public sector procurement knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of competitor landscape and Procuretech Solutions focused on source-to-pay, indirect spend management, orchestration tooling and guided buying
- Strong understanding of modern procurement processes, sourcing principles, and transformation challenges.
- Articulate SaaS technology principles and how these are utilised by the platform to drive efficiencies
- Proven ability to align customer pain points and priorities to value-based solutions.
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (CPOs, CFOs).
- Experience running workshops, stakeholder discovery, and solution/value presentations.
- Commercially sharp — understands deal dynamics, buying journeys, and how to accelerate opportunities.
- Strong customer-facing presence — credible, articulate, and engaging in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Comfortable demoing SaaS platforms (Nomia training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business case and proposal writing.
- Passionate about procurement innovation, AI, and automation.
- CIPS qualification desirable; SaaS/scale-up experience is a plus.
