ECT of Physics – High-Level Mentoring for A-Level Success – Tower Hamlets
A high-achieving academy in Tower Hamlets is seeking an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Physics to begin their induction in a supportive and academically rigorous Science department from January 2026.
- ECT of Physics required from January 2026.
- Tower Hamlets-based school with an exceptional academic focus at KS5.
- Seeking an enthusiastic ECT passionate about teaching A-Level Physics and benefiting from specialist subject mentorship.
You will teach Science at KS3/4, specialising in Physics up to A-Level. The role includes participating fully in our bespoke ECT induction programme, focusing on developing effective classroom practice and subject mastery in high-level concepts.
Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or expected QTS by January 2026.
- Relevant degree in Physics or a closely related engineering field.
- Passion for teaching advanced concepts (e.g., Electromagnetism, Particle Physics) at A-Level.
- Desire to complete the ECT Induction years with specialist subject mentorship.
