A Drama Teacher is needed in an All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.

This Drama Teacher position will be full time and permanent.

Teaching for this Drama Teacher post will be for KS3 to KS5 classes.

The ability and willingness to teach English lessons will be advantageous when being considered for this Drama Teacher role but is not essential.

The salary for this Drama Teacher position will be dependent on experience and qualifications, ranging between £40317 and £62496.

The School

An All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, located in the London Borough of Southwark.

It has over 100 years of history, has been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, as well as maintaining consistently high GCSE and A Level results.

Mental health and wellbeing of pupils form a core part of the schools ethos.

Facilities include a 3G Sports Pitch, Theatre, Sports Hall and Drama Studio.

Healthy living is promoted via certain harmful drink and food items not being allowed on site.

Due to its high intake of EAL (English as an Additional Language) pupils, the team provides extensive support to those who need assistance with transitioning in to British education.

Requirements

You're encouraged to apply if you're a recently qualified Drama Teacher or experienced Drama Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Drama Teacher or overseas trained Drama Teacher.

UK QTS or overseas equivalent
Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
