Lead Practitioner (Teaching & Learning)

Are you an outstanding classroom practitioner with a passion for developing others? We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Practitioner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving exceptional teaching and learning across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher who thrives on collaboration and is committed to raising standards through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example. The ideal candidate will be: • An outstanding teacher with a proven track record of impact on student progress• Proven ability to support and deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Deep understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies
• Reflective, collaborative, and committed to continuous professional development
