WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO

• Your knowledge and passion for great food will help to deliver the Jamie's experience, ensuring that by the time they leave, they’ve not only learnt something new, experienced amazing service with great food and drink, but that they’re leaving feeling part of the family and want to come back.
• You’ll represent the company’s high standards of personal presentation and behaviour at all times
• You’ll have advanced fresh food knowledge, understanding of the brand, cookery methods/techniques and maintain high presentation, correct plating and cooking of food.

WHAT A CHEF DE PARTIE NEEDS TO KNOW

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
• Maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all departments
• Complete understanding and demonstration of recipe knowledge and portion control
• Carry out any other reasonable duty that may be requested by the manager
• To attend meetings and training as and when required
