Transfer Pricing Manager

You will be involved in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance reports for the Group's European operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare OECD-compliant Transfer Pricing reports, including Master File, Local File, and local disclosure forms
• Aggregate and analyse data to support transfer compliance, audits, and policy assessments
• Implement automated workflows to improve reporting efficiency
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on transfer pricing oversight and governance
• Support governance processes through data coordination, material preparation, and project tracking
• Ensure consistent application and documentation of transfer pricing policies
• Maintain and update the Legal Entity Database and related compliance data
• Liaise with Tax, Finance, and business teams for relevant financial information
• Organise documentation and controls for audits and regulatory reviews

Required experience:

• Transfer pricing experience, gained in a large organisation
• Experience working in corporate tax
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or International Business.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles: statutory and GAAP
