Restaurant Manager
A very well-known private members club is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead their front-of-house team and oversee the day-to-day running of their main dining room. This role involves delivering exceptional service to members, managing staff rotas, recruitment, training, stock control, and maintaining excellent member relations.
You will work closely with the kitchen and wider club teams to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience. Additional responsibilities include managing large events, financial budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about outstanding service and team development.
About you:
- Proven experience leading and motivating an experienced dining or restaurant team.
- Approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members and staff.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating member needs.
- Calm under pressure, leading by example with a hands-on and fair management style.
- Familiarity with Millenia, The Fork, and Fourth systems is essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced in managing budgets and producing reports.
- A genuine flair for member relations and a desire to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
