The role:

Timeplan Education are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEMH School in Edgeware, supporting both Primary and Secondary learners. You'll be working closely with teachers to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every young person can reach their full potential.

Key skills

• Experience working with children or young people in a School or youth setting (Primary or Secondary)

• Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

• Able to de-escalate and support emotional regulation

• Understanding of or interest in SEMH/Mental Health support

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
