Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of our digital gaming products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and learning about the product delivery lifecycle in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of product delivery tasks and milestones.

• Assist in managing timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple delivery workstreams.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, QA and Release teams to ensure clear understanding of delivery goals.

• Maintain project tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA).

• Identify delivery blockers early and escalate to senior delivery leads for resolution.

• Maintain project documentation and delivery dashboards for internal stakeholders.

• Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery practices depending on project type.

• Work with the compliance, QA and release teams to understand release readiness and all regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or junior delivery role, ideally within the tech, digital, or gaming sectors.

• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Comfortable using project management tools like Monday.com, JIRA, or similar.

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good communication skills with an eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.

• Ability to work collaboratively with different disciplines and teams.

• Has a self-starter attitude and willing to roll up their sleeves and learn by doing.
