Senior UX Designer

We’re on the lookout for a UX Designer who lives and breathes intuitive, impactful design. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping web and app experiences that delight our users and make their journeys effortless. You’ll bring design thinking to life, not just on screen, but across the company—putting the customer at the centre of everything we do.
Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
Championing a shift in design thinking, with a strong focus on mobile app experiences and beyond.
Delivering and presenting well-defined, clearly communicated, and thoroughly validated designs to stakeholders at all levels.
Using data, customer insights, and a healthy dose of creativity to solve real problems with elegant solutions.
Defining strategic UX direction while crafting intuitive UI and interactions.
Mentoring and supporting junior designers and acting as a trusted voice within the team.
Advocating for our users across the business, keeping both the customer and the team front of mind.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues in product, engineering, and across functions in Peterborough, London, and beyond.
Giving and receiving feedback openly to continually raise the bar.
Driving awareness and adoption of UX tools and services to embed user thinking across the business.
What we’d love to see from you:
Experience in user-centred design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first and app design projects.
The ability to confidently present your work and the thinking behind it.
A strategic mind coupled with hands-on design skills—someone who can think big but also sweat the details.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’re a team player through and through.
A passion for mentoring others and growing the UX craft across the business.
A curious, data-driven approach, always looking for ways to improve and evolve your designs.
