Your role at a Glance
As a Wholesale Manager in our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and strategic expansion of our wholesale and retail channels across global markets. Your main focus will be sourcing new opportunities and scaling existing partnerships, ensuring brand visibility, commercial success, and operational excellence, by working in collaboration with Brand Managers, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen and a proactive, partnership-focused mindset, who is excited to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up with a talented team. Your work will directly impact Olsam’s portfolio of global brands across Sports & Outdoors, Health & Wellness, Pets, and Home, and contribute to shaping our success in key markets such as the US and East Asia.
Location and Flexibility
Full-time role based at our modern office in Runway East, London
40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch
This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the office 2 days per week
Fixed-Term Contract (12 months)
Responsibilities
Manage wholesale & retail partnerships to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
Source and onboard new partners to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities.
Develop and execute channel strategies to optimize product offering and accelerate channel growth.
Monitor sales performance against forecasts to spot trends early and inform data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution across departments.
Lead reporting and reviews to track key KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous performance.
Feed into brand strategy and product development cycles, ensuring the needs of our wholesale partners are understood
About you
4–6 years of experience in consumer goods wholesale and retail, with a focus on developing and negotiating new partnerships.
Strong commercial skills, particularly in negotiation, pricing, and product ranging.
Experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces is a strong advantage.
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across all levels of the business.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of trade-offs and the impact on working capital.
Benefits
Salary: £40,000 - £50,0000 per year
