About the role

The studio coordinator will be a key part of the production team, assisting in the production of innovative, exciting, and brand relevant content to be published across all of channels.

As a Studio Coordinator you will

• Organise and maintain the in-house studio, kit room and styling cupboard
• Manage all CT samples/stock, organise all internal orders and replenish stock each month
• Foster and maintain good working relationship with our storage supplier, establishing themselves as the ‘go to’ contact for all props storage and deliveries
• Liaise with NPD to ensure all product inventory within brief is delivered and available at the right time
• Responsible for packing and organising all product, kit and props for each shoot and communicating updates to Producers where necessary and in a timely manner
• Attend shoot days, manage all product and props on set and organise transport where necessary for key stakeholders
• Maintain the studios craft selection & replenish when necessary
• Manage and process credit card expenses for key members of the team in a timely manner and with a critical eye
• Support the team with ad hoc production admin tasks such as raising PO’s, assisting on call sheets & creating documents/decks.

About you

• Prior studio experience is a bonus.
• Background in the fashion, luxury or beauty industries
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complexity
• Proactive, self-starter with strong organisational skills
• A passion for digital content. Ability to translate that passion into day-to-day projects and operations
• Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to short deadlines
• Ability to build effective relationships with commercial/product/technical teams and content creators/talent
