We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us push the boundaries of AI-driven web experiences.

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who can seamlessly blend modern frontend frameworks like React with backend technologies for creating high-performing, intuitive web applications. You'll play a key role in building our app’s features, optimizing for smooth user interactions, high-performance data processing, and seamless AI integrations.

This is a full-time contract role, with potential for a long-term collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Optimize Our Web Apps : Build high-performance web features using modern stacks like React/Next.js for frontend and Node.js or similar for backend, while leveraging platform-specific optimizations.
• Integrate AI-Powered Features : Work closely with our AI team to integrate machine learning models into web apps, optimizing for real-time responsiveness and scalability.
• Build Custom APIs and Modules : Develop and maintain backend components for low-latency data processing, API endpoints, and hardware-accelerated integrations where applicable.
• Ensure Performance & Scalability : Optimize app performance, reduce load times, and enhance efficiency across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with Design & AI Teams : Work alongside designers and AI engineers to ensure seamless user experiences and backend integrations.
• Maintain High Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices in architecture and security.

Requirements

Who You Are

You’re an experienced full stack developer who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of both frontend and backend development, and is excited about pushing AI-driven web applications to new levels. You heavily rely on AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor) to enhance productivity and innovate in your workflow.

Must-Haves

• BSc or higher in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree.
• Native or fluent proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• European time zone.
• 7+ years of full stack web development experience (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript on frontend, Node.js or equivalent on backend).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable features such as user authentication, real-time interactions, and data synchronization.
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, including state management, rendering efficiency, and API responsiveness.
• Strong grasp of asynchronous programming (e.g., Promises, async/await, Observables).
• Familiarity with CI/CD for web apps (e.g., GitHub Actions, Vercel, or Jenkins).
• Heavy use of AI coding tools in daily workflows to accelerate development and problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves

• Python experience for backend scripting or AI integrations.
• LangGraph experience for creating agent systems.
• Background in AI or machine learning, such as working with models for computer vision or natural language processing.
• Experience with cloud deployment and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS, Vercel, or Azure).
• Familiarity with real-time web technologies (e.g., WebSockets, GraphQL).
