Overview

A boutique advisory firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with strong exposure across the business and genuine scope for career progression.

The Role

Supporting senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Responsibilities will include complex diary management, coordinating international travel, preparing documents and reports, managing expenses, and handling confidential information with discretion.

You will also support wider business functions, including assisting with event coordination, business development reporting and recruitment administration. Working closely with senior leadership support, this role offers variety and the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of the business.

About You

You will be an exceptionally organised and proactive individual with previous Personal Assistant or senior administrative experience within a professional environment. You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

A methodical approach, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently are essential. You will be confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
