This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, boutique office in the heart of Marylebone where no two days are the same. Our client are a close-knit team of four who pride ourselves on our family feel, supportive culture, and busy but rewarding working environment. If you are looking to step up from a junior EA or PA role into something with more responsibility, this could be the perfect next move.

You will work directly with the Director and the wider team, keeping the office running smoothly while supporting on a wide variety of tasks. From diary and inbox management to producing polished marketing materials, from organising meetings and events to liaising with clients and suppliers, you will be spinning lots of plates at once. It is a role where organisation, initiative, and a sense of humour will serve you well.

We are looking for someone who is highly tech savvy, confident across Microsoft Office, Adobe, and ideally CRM systems. You will have an eye for detail, a love of systems and processes, and the ability to work at pace with accuracy.

Most importantly, you will be approachable, adaptable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. This is an office where people get stuck in, support each other, and take pride in doing things well.

In return, you will gain exposure to every aspect of the business, working closely with senior leadership and helping shape how the office operates. It is a role where you can truly grow, develop your skills, and make a visible impact every day.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 6.00pm, and Fridays 9.30am to 5.30pm.
