Delivery Lead

Role overview
We are seeking a highly capable Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams within a dynamic private-sector environment. You will ensure that projects and product increments are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with strategic objectives.
The role involves orchestrating people, processes, and priorities to remove blockers, optimise delivery flow, and uphold high standards across Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
The ideal candidate excels in leadership, communication, risk management, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Technical requirements: ✔️
- Significant experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar role within the private sector
- Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives
- Skilled in delivery planning, capacity management, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com)
- Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and optimising team delivery performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including reporting to senior leadership
- Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining delivery velocity and quality
