About the role

We are looking for a Ground Worker to join a large local authority in West London. The Groundworker will be responsible for delivering repairs as part of the DLO works team carrying out internal and external works.
What is required for the Groundworker role:
- Relevant building qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds) or membership of a professional trade body (desirable).
- Working knowledge of secondary/general trade skills.
- Significant experience in responsive repairs within a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgement, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and reliable with a commitment to quality, customer service, and best value.
- Demonstrated commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
- Full Uk driving license.
