Teaching Assistant
SEN TA
Location: Uxbridge
Full Time, Long Term
Monday – Friday (08:30AM – 4:00PM)
Rate of Pay: £90 – £110 per day
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) with a specialism in challenging behaviours to join our dynamic team. This full-time position in Uxbridge is starting as soon as possible and is crucial in supporting students with varied needs and abilities.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Experience working with children with challenging behaviours and special educational needs.
* Strong understanding of Behavioural Support Plans and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or equivalent experience preferred.
* Support and manage students with challenging behaviours from KS1 – KS4.
* Implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavioural Support Plans.
* Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Must be comfortable with personal care support.
