Personal Assistant
As the Personal Assistant, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Manage and prioritise incoming communications, including emails and calls.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for the department.
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the secretarial & business support team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Look after personal affairs related to the household
- Engage with clients and add to their experience with the brand
