At The Side Hustle, the kitchen is fast-paced, high-volume, and always moving. Behind every great service is a team keeping everything clean, organised, and ready to go.
As a Kitchen Porter, you’re essential to making that happen. You’ll keep the kitchen running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, supporting the team at every stage of service.
What you’ll be doing
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining clean and organised kitchen areas
- Managing waste and ensuring bins are handled correctly
Supporting the kitchen team
- Assisting chefs with basic preparation where required
- Keeping workstations stocked and ready for service
- Supporting the smooth flow of kitchen operations
Maintaining standards
- Following all hygiene, health & safety, and food safety procedures
- Keeping cleanliness in line with company and EHO standards

- Team-oriented and supportive
Experience
No experience required - full training will be provided. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.
