⚕️ What You’ll Do as a Senior Data Analyst
Most of your time (around 80%) will be working directly with our NHS partners on analysis that shapes how they plan and deliver care. The other 20% you'll be embedded in our data team, contributing to internal projects and helping us build better infrastructure and tooling.
On the NHS partner side, that means:
Working with hospitals and commissioners to scope and plan proactive care opportunities
Population health analysis, risk prediction and risk stratification
Building compelling business cases
Evaluating the impact of care programmes using rigorous methods
Supporting NHS teams in interpreting and acting on data
Within the data team, you'll be working across our stack:
AWS (Redshift, S3)
dbt and SQL for data modelling and transformation
Self-serve BI dashboards, with lightdash or Looker experience a plus but not required
What We’re Looking For
We're not chasing a perfect checklist. If you're strong across most of this and excited by the role, we'd love to hear from you.
Essential:
At least 5 years in analytics or data roles
Strong SQL skills; dbt experience is preferred
Python experience
Solid grasp of statistics, including significance testing
Experience in a healthcare setting, for example NHS, healthtech
Confident presenting and working independently with senior external stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience with evaluation techniques such as propensity score matching or difference-in-differences
Familiarity with NHS commissioning, population health frameworks, and healthcare data sources
Experience with Looker or similar dashboarding tools

We’re a hybrid team , with offices in London, Denmark, Germany . Most of our team is London-based and enjoys in-person time at our WeWork HQ 1–3 days per week, where you’ll find great lunch, barista coffee, and a pet-friendly space. Some of our teams are fully remote , depending on the team and responsibilities. This includes our Engineering, Clinical & Patient Support teams.
