Business Analysis Sr. Manager

FMCRT is looking for a Business Analyst / Implementation Lead to work with Treasury users and a group of seasoned technology professionals on a new Funds Transfer pricing platform for Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members
• Drive partnerships with various business areas across Citi to understand roadmap, functionality and data flow, and document business requirements, develop and manage project plans to deliver solutions
• Produce Business Requirement Documents and obtain stakeholder sign off; be disciplined in managing changing requirements
• Liaise with Program management, Development team and testing team to ensure that requirements are understood, and deliverables meet the business requirements
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of use cases and testing methodology
• Testing of deliverable functionalities
• Proactively monitor potential speed bumps and notify stakeholders of any risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Knowledge on Transfer Pricing Concepts and Methodologies is a plus
• Banking / Financial services experience with about 5 years as a BA / Implementation lead in a financial domain
• Understanding of project SDLC
• Hands on Experience with SQL queries
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Data analysis skills
