HR reporting and Data Analyst
The HR Reporting and Data Analyst will be responsible for:
- Prepare and deliver accurate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Analyse employee data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the HR team.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Develop and refine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as required by leadership.
- Assist in auditing HR data to ensure accuracy and alignment with organisational standards.
- Provide technical support for HR systems and tools used for reporting and analysis.
