Digital Marketing Manager

Here at Retirement Villages Group, we are expanding with our new Thrive Living collection, and therefore we’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to take our digital strategy to the next level.

This role is ideal for a results-driven, strategic digital marketer with a passion for performance, innovation, and purpose-led branding.

You will be responsible for developing and executing high performing digital marketing strategies that reach our target audience, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. You will work closely with our two Marketing Managers to support an integrated marketing strategy that drives quality leads for RVG villages and our brand new Thrive Living collection. This role will have one direct report, Social Media Manager, who will be responsible for social media across paid and owned channels. Key to this role is to deliver maximum impact across all digital channels and website.

The Role:

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives lead generation and supports the full customer journey across RVG and Thrive Living brands
• Lead paid media strategy across:
• Paid Search (inc. PMAX)
• Paid Social
• Native & Programmatic display
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and the Social Media Manager to align digital efforts with broader marketing campaigns and brand goals
• Stay up to date with trends and tech - always looking for ways to innovate, optimise, and scale

Execution & Management

• Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns with a laser focus on ROI and conversion
• Partner with digital agencies to deliver best-in-class SEO and website performance
• Track, report, and optimise campaigns across platforms, turning data into action
• Use HubSpot to enhance CRM performance, campaign tracking, and lead developing

Website & SEO

• Work closely with our agency and internal team to ensure our website is user-centric, lead-generating, and SEO-optimised
• Maintain brand consistency and messaging while improving user experience and conversions
• Continuously analyse organic performance and identify areas for growth

Team Management

• Directly manage the Social Media Manager, providing leadership and strategic guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) and external partners to execute cohesive, integrated campaigns

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience running high-impact digital campaigns (B2C), ideally within real estate, property, or lifestyle sectors
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Paid Search (Google Ads, PMAX)
• Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Programmatic & Native advertising
• SEO & Website Optimisation
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, CRO, and analytics platforms
• Confident using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and digital campaign dashboards
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience managing digital agencies and third-party vendors
• Previous work in the Later Living, Healthcare, or Property sectors
• A passion for purpose-led brands that make a real impact
