Adaptations Surveyor
Adaptations Surveyor needed in North London Paying £34.38 per hr ref OR102116
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Assess properties and recommend suitable adaptations for residents with mobility or health needs
- Design and specify works including bathroom conversions, level access showers, ramps, lifts, and access improvements
- Manage adaptations projects from assessment through to completion
- Prepare schedules of work, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee contractors on site, ensuring works meet quality, compliance, and health & safety standards
- Liaise with occupational therapists, contractors, and residents to ensure tailored solutions
- Monitor budgets, timescales, and project delivery
- Ensure works comply with relevant building regulations and accessibility standards
