Restaurant Manager

The Work
- Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all zones
- Manage cash handling and direct crewmembers during shifts
- Provide exemplary customer service and utilise reward programmes
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working order
What You Need
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the UK
- GCSEs or equivalent preferred
Desirable
- Experience with Raising Cane’s systems and culture
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
