Restaurant Manager

The Work
- Strategic planning and budgeting
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and laws
- Managing and developing a team, including hiring and training
- Opening and closing duties, cash handling
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and facility upkeep
- Providing exceptional customer service
What You Need
- 5+ years of management experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- GCSEs or equivalent, and some tertiary education preferred
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid UK driver's license
Desirable
- New restaurant opening experience
- Local restaurant marketing experience
