As an Endoscopy Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the Endoscopy Suite, ensuring top-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Theatre Manager to maintain appropriate staff and skill mix.
- Ensure a safe environment and address any issues affecting patient care.
- Provide specialist advice and support as needed.
- Ensure availability of equipment and resources for endoscopy sessions.
- Oversee the care and maintenance of endoscopes and specialised equipment.
- Maximise utilisation of endoscopy time and address any scheduling issues.

The ideal Endoscopy Manager will have:
- Registered Nurse status with a nursing qualification (ENB906 or equivalent).
- Experience in gastroenterology/endoscopy.
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Endoscopy Nurse.
- Experience in the independent sector and clinical audits.
- Teaching or mentorship qualification.
