Role overview
We are looking for a Digital Project Director to join our team in London. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will run projects from initial creative briefing through to production and delivery.
This is an end-to-end role, requiring experience and confidence in managing all aspects of the creative process including briefing, stakeholder management, creative reviews, feedback and technical delivery.
As a Digital Project Director at House 337, you will:
Have a complete understanding of the end-to-end Production Process across all platforms, content, digital and social
Manage Delivery across an entire Client Partner (CP) Group
Manage the direction and delivery of a group of projects across a CP Group
Contribute to the strategic development and direction of the Delivery team
Run regular team scrums and creative reviews at the most senior level
Lead pitches and pitch teams to secure New Business opportunities
Work with all other teams in the agency – Creative, Strategy, Design, Resourcing, Client Services, Experiential, Growth Studio and Digital
Take accountability in leading, supporting and escalating issues
Contribute to the development and execution of creative work
Manage Client relations with ownership of any production matters on your accounts or that of the PM's you are line managing or mentoring
Monitor and report the progress of all projects, milestones, identify potential hazards and address them before they happen
Support the Project Management team where required
Produce outstanding documentation, SOW, schedules and timings; sense check documents from Juniors and to ensure legal requirements are always met
Manage the finances on your accounts
Pull together 3rd party teams to deliver the best creative for our clients – i.e. photographers, retouching specialists etc
Excellent understanding and experience of working with and delivering to media agencies
Organise and run large-scale still and content shoots/organise licensing and usages
You will bring:
Excellent knowledge of Digital production processes
Experience with quality creative work
Solid Management skills with managing junior team members
Hunger for personal development and knowledge across all channels of production
Experience managing creative time
Solid background within an agency environment
Solid financial control of budget and reconciliations for projects
Client-facing experience
Experience running creative reviews
Understanding of new technologies
